#1…How does it work?

We offer two commercial products, when selecting our Commercial Laundry Solution which allows you to use our intuitive on-line order tool to request immidate service, you should follow the steps below.

Step 1) Use the Service Area Checker to see if we provide service in your area. The tool is displayed in numerous locations throughout the site, including at the end of this answer.

Step 2) Once you’ve verified that we cover your area, use the on-line booking tool to select a Pick-Up Date and Time. You’ll know if the dates and times are available when orange & green “Schedule Now” button and minum charge amount appear.

Step 3) After scheduling your Pick-Up you’ll be take to the next screen where you’ll tell us a little bit about your order and select a corresponding Drop-Off Date and Time

Step 4) Next you’ll provide your billing information, including your billing address and Pickup/Drop off Address and payment method.

Step 5) You then place the order.

Its normal for first time customers to provide their soiled linen in their own laundry bags, in plastic trash bags or in the bag provided by their pervious laundry service provider. It doesn’t matter, as your clean professionally folded linen will be returned to you packed into Greenerlaundry.com nylon bags to be used in the future.

Our other product, referred to as Comprehensive Linen Solution; relies on a 4-step approach to developing a quote. Every question about how that process and the Linen Solution we’ll be developing for your organization, will begin to be answered after filling out the initial inquiry form.

#2…Do I have to be present when the pick-up/drop-off occurs and how does it work?

For the most part no, but it really depends on the rules set by your building management (which may require a certificate of insurance; which we’ll take care of before entry). When placing an on-line order, you’ll provide some information on how we’ll get access to your linen. If the facility environment allows our driver to get access to your laundry without you or a representative from your organization being present, we’ll Pick it up.

#3…Do you offer service in our area?

If you’ve reached here, the answer is probably yes. However; if you want to be sure, simply type the ZIP code for the location where the laundry is located, into the service area checker. If you get the “Green” confirmation, we’re coming to get it. Sometimes we provide service for organizations outside of our default service areas. If you have a question about service in your area you should submit that through the chat or online contact form.  

#4… How far in advance do I have to notify that I need a pick-up?

The scheduling tool dictates the latest time for you to place an order in your area; in short if you can order it, we’ll be on it!

#5…When can I expect our laundry returned?

For the most part, the scheduling tool dictates when your laundry will be Picked-Up and returned. In many instances we’re capable of returning your laundry within 24hrs of Pick-Up. Ultimately, once we receive your Pick-Up request, we’ll confirm whether we can return by the desired Drop-Off date & time. If we can we will, if we can’t a commercial linen representative will reach out to offer an alternative schedule. See below schedule for Pick-Up & Drop-Offs.  

Pick-ups and Drop-offs occur  Monday thru Friday during the following times:

06:00am and 08:00am

08:00am and 10:00am

10:00am and 12:00pm

06:00pm and 09:00pm

Pick-ups and Drop-offs occur Saturday & Sunday during the following times:

06:00am and 08:00am

08:00am and 10:00am

10:00am and 12:00pm

The driver is aiming for the earliest possible pick-up/drop-off times. In other words, if you selected 06:00am – 08:00am unless otherwise indicated in the “Misc. Instruction” section of the order form, he/she is trying to pick up your laundry closer to 6:00am.

#6…What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

Login to your account at Greenerlaundry.com, locate the order and key in your concern. Your dedicated commercial representative will help to resolve your issue.

#7…How do I pay for service?

It kind of depends on which product you’re relying on.

If you’re relying on the Commercial Laundry Solution the corresponding minimum charge is authorized as part of the ordering process. Once weighed you’ll receive an invoice for the final cost; which will be billed to the card provided. 

Those relying on the Comprehensive Linen Solution are provided direction on how to pay for service during the 4-step process.
