#1...Do I have To Be Home For Pick-up or Delivery & How Does it Work?
If you live in a house in the suburbs/city:
Step 1) Leave a bag filled with your clothes that need to be cleaned at your designated pickup/ delivery area by 8am on your scheduled pick-up date.
Step 2) Your driver will pick up your clothing the morning of your scheduled pick-up date.
Step 3) On your next scheduled service day/drop-off date, your driver will deliver your laundry in a GreenerLaundry bag for you to use with your next order.
If you live in an Apt/Condo building with a doorman in the suburbs/city:
Step 1) The night before one of your designated delivery days, leave a bag filled with your clothes that need to be cleaned with your doorman, and inform him that this is a package which will be picked up by your cleaning service the following morning.
Step 2) Your driver will pick up your clothing the next morning.
Step 3) On your next scheduled service day/drop-off date, your driver will deliver your laundry in a GreenerLaundry bag for you to use with your next order.
If you live in an Apt/Condo building without a doorman in the suburbs/city:
Step 1) Leave a bag filled with your clothes that need to be cleaned at your designated pickup/ delivery area (i.e. outside door to your residence) by 8am on your scheduled pick-up date.
Step 2) Using the building entry key (if applicable) you have provided us, your driver will pick up your clothing the morning of your scheduled pick-up date.
Step 3) On your next scheduled service day/drop-off date, your driver will deliver your laundry in a GreenerLaundry bag for you to use with your next order.

#3...How Often Will My Clothes be Picked-Up?
It’s up to you! Most customers choose once or twice per week service, where we automatically stop by your residence one or two times per week to see if you have any cleaning to pick-up. Just call toll free (866) 234-8740 to schedule specific days of the week in which the driver would stop by your residence.
“On Call” service is available, where you simply call us whenever you need us to come by for a pick-up! (Note: A $25.95 minimum is required for each “On Call” pick-up which covers 20 lbs of wash and fold service).
Same Day and 24 HR service is available.
Same Day service minimum order charge of $35.95 is applied to each order which covers 20 lbs of laundry. Same Day orders must be submitted by 8:00AM.
#4...If I choose “On Call” pick-up, how far in advance do I have to notify you to pick-up my clothes?
Orders are to be placed via online order form or by telephone by 8:00pm the night prior to your requested pick-up date.
Same Day orders must be submitted by 8:00AM.
#5...What time can I expect my clothes to be picked up and delivered?
Pick-up and delivery can occur as early as 6:00am. Same Day service requests are picked up as early as 6:00am and delivered no later than 8:00pm. Same Day orders must be submitted by 8:00AM.
An "Anytime" drop-off or pick up time means that your driver will call 2 hrs before dropping off or picking up your laundry. Or you have worked out a plan to place your laundry in an area accessible by the driver who will pick-up and/or drop off your laundry sometime between 6:00am and 8:00pm on the day of your scheduled pick-up or delivery.
Your email or telephone confirmation will provide more specifics on timing.
#6...Should I be worried about somebody taking my clothes while they are left outside?
Absolutely not. We have found that this is simply not a problem, especially in the residential neighborhoods that GreenerLaundry.com services. Remember, all your packages arrive in the same manner in which they were picked up!
#7...Should I be worried about the weather when my clothes are outside?
No. GreenerLaundry.com will only deliver clothing to an area that is protected from the weather. Also, during periods of severe weather, your driver may choose not to deliver the clothes that day, and instead deliver the clothes during the next delivery period.
#8...Is 24 Hour delivery Service available?
GreenerLaundry.com delivers the next day for all wash and fold orders.
#9...What do I do if I have a problem with my order after I get my clothes back?

#10...How do I pay for your service?
When your order is picked up and processed you will receive an email confirming billing and payment information. We accept cash, check, credit card and PayPal. Payment is made when your clothes are delivered to you.
