Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of unopened packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a full refund and issue a refund if the product you received from Healthy Living Products is defective.

Please email us at healthyliving.usa@gmail.com prior to returning any items so that we can issue you a Return Authorization. Returns cannot be credited without approval from our office. Items must be returned within 30 days of the sale date or we cannot issue a refund. All returns and exchanges must be returned and sealed in their original packaging.

NOTE: NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON "SALE" MERCHANDISE.

CREDITS: We will credit your account within 7 business days of receipt of returned items. Allow up to 25 days for your refund to be processed.

Shipping charges are not refundable. When you return an item you must cover the cost of the return to Healthy Living Products unless something was shipped to you in error.

PACKAGING: Because we are committed to a healthy living environment, Healthy Living Products may reuse packing from other sources.
